1) defensive: can be pvm: strenght shooting or roar +should have mastered defence skill as is blessing and/or reflect

2) offensive: can be pvp: always got strenght, roar, shooting, tali

4. The suggestion for start is:

blessing which can help you when lvling on high dmg mobs

Then you can decide if you want to pvp or pvm skills cause if you choose pvp, it is good for shooting and talisman or talisman and shooting. When you reach 4th M, many shamans go for full pvp means 3 attack skills and 1 buff skill like is strengh and maybe 1 point on blessing.
